Scrum is a framework for product development that emphasizes feedback, iterative design, incremental progress, self-organizing teams, and continuous improvement. 1. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿: Maximizes the business value of the product by prioritizing what needs to be done and explaining the reasons behind those decisions. 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿: Ensures the team remains motivated, productive, and adheres to Scrum principles. 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀: Comprising programmers, testers, analysts, and other team members, they collectively decide how to accomplish the work and execute it. 2. What is 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧? Project initiation is the first phase of project management, where the foundation for a project's success is established. This phase involves defining the project’s purpose, objectives, and scope, as well as identifying stakeholders and understanding their expectations. A business case is developed to justify the project, along with a feasibility study to ensure it's achievable within constraints like time, budget, and resources. Key deliverables are identified, and stakeholder buy-in is secured by communicating the project's value. The phase concludes with the creation of a Project Charter, which formally authorizes the project and outlines the high-level goals, roles, and responsibilities.
